FrontlineResi is a Dublin-based smart innovative facilities management company, that approached us for an overhaul of their Irish website. The primary purpose of the new site is to improve the customers experience. After research, Realise4 identified various technologies which could assist in processing common customer care requests resulting in a much better experience. The overall look had to be fresh and was designed to be simple to use on Mobile, Tablets and Desktops.
Automated functionality enables customers to submit information to the FrontlineResi.ie website in order to process their request, the website can then generate the correct specific customer response necessary, making the customer's experience better by speeding up the process and reducing the manual administration of common queries.
With the completion of the project, added additional 40% capacity to the Frontlineresi Customer Care department.
